More Rural Property Goes to Auction
Big congratulations to Tony Fountain (Southern Highlands) and Pat Bird (Oberon) for securing the Auctions of 3 properties for early next year.
It just goes to show that if you go the extra yard and make the effort to do a presentation to the receivers in person than it certainly puts you in good stead to get the job.
This is exactly what we did two weeks ago in Sydney!!!
As a result of the above we will be conducting 5 Auctions in Sydney at 10.30 am on Friday the 19th of March 2010 and would encourage as many as possible to book their auctions into the same date and venue so that we can really put on a big Auction day in Sydney.
