Grow your herd without tying up your capital
Ray White Livestock Leasing. The smarter way to grow your herd
Cattlemen with their fingers on the economic pulse have always used equipment leasing to help their businesses grow and prosper. Now, Ray White Livestock Leasing can help you to do the same with livestock.
When you want to expand your herd but don’t want to tie up capital, Ray White Livestock Leasing is the independent, innovative, non-bank finance solution.
Livestock Leasing provides you with funds for 100% of the purchase price of breed stock, both stud and commercial. You’ll not only overcome cash-flow shortages, pre-approvals mean you can build your herd by buying when market conditions are right. That means you’ll be able to buy better and afford better genetics, increasing production and your return on investment.
Livestock Leasing can work for you
Strong cattle businesses, run by property owners with a history as beef cattle producers, can enjoy all the benefits of Ray White Livestock Leasing.
Just like any other lease, you’ll make regular payments over the term of the contract, with a residual amount payable at the end of the term. There’s no additional security required, apart from the leased cattle themselves.
After credit approval, we establish a line of credit for you, allowing for progressive drawdowns as stock is purchased over time.
You’ll pay no fees or charges on drawdowns, and lease terms of 2 to 4 years are available.
Advantages of Ray White Livestock Leasing include:
- Flexible repayments – structured to suit your monthly, quarterly or seasonal cash flow budget (provided you can demonstrate how your business can meet these repayments)
- No fees or charges on the facility
- Tax benefits may apply however you need to consult with your accountant
- No impact on your mortgage or other credit lines
- Other agricultural equipment can also be leased
It’s simple to apply
Your local Ray White office can prepare a Livestock Leasing application for you. All we require is:
- 2 years’ financial statements from your business
