Country:
Generally level to gently sloping topography rising away from Gil Gil Creek which forms the western boundary. Soils generally consist of chocolate to red loams tending to some soft sandy type on the northern end of the property. Existing timber consists of brigalow, belah, wilga, box, gum and some pine.

There is approximately 1,000 hectares of good farming country (including 90 ha under centre pivot) which has been well contoured with farm-over banks. Soils in this area vary from heavy chocolate loams to some lighter loam and brown clay plus black soil flats along the creek. The balance of the property consists of app 400 hectares of grazing country and app 120 hectares of heavier timber.

Irrigation Development:

The bore pump is powered by a JD diesel motor and the storage by a Cummins diesel motor. An additional 32 ha of flume irrigation is designed to re-use tail water.

Rainfall: 600-650 mm annual average.

Fencing:
Generally in good to stock-proof condition comprising timber strainers and steel posts with 5/6 wires.

Water:
The property has excellent quality ground-water used for stock and domestic and irrigation purposes. It is supplied from an electric pump at the H/S plus 5 bores of which 2 have electric pumps and 1 sub-mersible pump. There are 7 dams plus the irrigation storage.
