Ray White Rural, Blackall, is growing stronger again this year, with an increase of house sales and livestock sales.
The property market has softened but we still have properties to be marketed in the future considering the conditions in both the market place and the seasonal conditions.
In the last months of June and July, we have sold two houses under the hammer with good enquiry at increased buyers seeking houses

Livestock sales have been good again this year with the yardings at the sale yards increasing in numbers and with vendor support, better prices have been reached by selling in local sale yards. Paddock sales have also been strong as well as cattle.
