CHINCHILLA, HEART OF THE SURAT BASIN, has become one of Queensland's number one outback towns to live in.

The current property market has been bolstered over the past four years due to the "Resource Boom" within the Surat Basin. Kogan Creek Power Station was the first coal fired power station within the Chinchilla area being operational for the past two years. Quality coal sites started the boom and now with substantial Gas developments throughout the region we are in a good position for continue growth and development.
