Andrew Adcock and Bruce Douglas now own and operate the Ray White Rural (Qld) franchise of the Ray White Group, based out of the ‘Riverside Centre' in Brisbane. The main focus is to continue listing and selling rural real estate across Queensland and the development of the Franchise network.

Over many years the Queensland Franchise has offered support and advice to our people in the field, to enable them to have growth in their own businesses.

Both Andrew and Bruce are originally from Western Queensland and have maintained those links across rural areas of the state. The highlight of every week now is to get back into the bush and mix with the people.

Over the past 12 months our office has been involved in the sale of the Great Southern properties "Wrotham Park" for $48m to Consolidated Pastoral Company and "Chudleigh Park" to Peter Camm. Other sales include the Blackall property "Inverness" and "Tobermorey & Linda Downs" stations on account of Sterling Buntine.

Out of our office in Brisbane we also run 4 salespeople that work in all market segments, but focus mainly in the lifestyle market. Peter Douglas, Barry Quinn and Jez McNamara service the market with innovative marketing initiatives which feature high quality photography and an ability to get property Editorial.

The former Managing Partner of Ray White Rural (Qld), Lex Heinemann is still involved with the brand as a Contractor and is active in marketing several rural properties presently.

As part of the Ray White business we are focused on marketing rural properties by Public Auction, with a special emphasis on service. During the course of a year between our people we are fortunate to have the opportunity to market many diverse property types from Macadamias to Citrus, Abattoirs, Beef and Grain, Organic Chickens, Olives, Irrigation as well many other.

Our staff are capably backed up by Veronica Martin. Veronica spent some time in Blackall with Ray White Rural and has an appreciation of country people and enjoys meeting and greeting new faces in the city when they call in.

The favourite date on our calendar is the first Wednesday of August, when we host the Annual City meets Country at the famous Brekky Creek Hotel. If you are in town make sure you come along - all are welcome.
