Ray White Rural Withcott commenced operations at its current site in February 2006 . The business was taken over in August 2008 by its current owner and operator Graham Squire who had previously been a salesman with the company. Graham has had extensive rural experience having worked in the Emerald , Springsure, Alpha, Barcaldine , Blackall and Longreach franchises.

The business has been experiencing substantial growth since inception and now is responsible for 50% of the sales in the area.

Graham was inducted into the Alan White Premier Club at the 2008 Annual Awards Night and has again qualified for induction in 2010.

Recently joining the office and bringing with him a wealth of experience is David Hurst. David has nearly 10 years experience in the area and was previously the Principal of Elders Real Estate at Withcott until ill health forced him to sell the business. David is still very active in the area in his new role at Ray White Rural Withcott.

Property Management is also experiencing  growth with an increase of 60% in managed properties over the last year.

The office is conscious of the importance of the use of technology and endeavours to stay abreast and up to date with the implementing of  new systems regularly.
