Pallamana is a proven breeder property and has been operated by the family of the current owners for 30 years, and has consistently produced quality cattle. The excellent location of the property gives it flexibility to target all markets including meat works, live export, feedlots and re-stockers. The improvements are substantial and set up for easy management.

The improvements include a homestead is set in established surrounds, adjacent to the machinery sheds and workshop area. 2 cottages and a single mans quarters are also located in the station curtilage. The soils on the property range from dark grey loams to fertile black soil flats and channels, with red and grey ridges interspersed throughout the property. The timber is a mix of blackwood, brigalow, box, lancewood, bloodwood, ironbark, gum, gidyea and wattle. Established grasses and stylos include Verano, Seca, Indian Couch, white and black spear grass, areas of buffel, urochloa and many palatable species of natural grasses.
The yearly average rainfall is 600 mm. The property is well watered with 17 large open dams, plus a share dam with a solar pump attached to numerous tanks and troughs. The homestead complex is watered by 2 x dams to 2 x 5,000 Gal tanks and a turkey's nest, which supplies the houses and the main cattle yards.
The property is subdivided into 16* large breeder paddocks plus multiple holding paddocks and holding squares. Fencing is predominately 3 and 4 barb wire. A large percentage of the boundary has been renewed over the last 5 years, with most of the laneway fencing less than 10 years old that includes sections of 2 wire in low stress areas.
