In Queensland, rural dominated the auction list with 9 of the 11 properties up for auction coming from the rural group.

Congratulations to Andrew Adcock for the sale of ‘Scotties Hut’ in Tambo. The 6,058 acre block sold under the hammer for $1.43 million.

Jez McNamara from Ray White Rural Queensland sold his 88.90 acre lifestyle property ‘Cedar View’ for $1.1 million at the fall of the hammer – the best result possible for the first his first auction campaign – well done Jez!

Rob Tweedy and Mal Gollan from Ray White Rural Goondiwindi passed in a property at Waverley Park on a vendors’ bid of $2.3million – good luck with putting a deal together over the next week with your interested parties.

Danny Bukowski of Ray White Rural Beaudesert and John Bambling and Mike Ostwald had a huge day with 5 blocks of land going to auction. These blocks were passed in on vendors bids and we wish them all the best in the successful sale of these blocks.

Bruce Douglas of Ray White Rural Queensland had great success with the sale of ‘Myendetta’ in Charleville for $2.3 million – this one didn’t make it to the auction as a keen bidder purchased prior to todays’ planned auction so congratulations to Bruce.

Another huge day in Sydney where Stephen Nell conducted 14 rural auctions – what an outstanding effort!

A big congratulations to Ray White Rural Oberon who sold 3 out of 5 under the hammer in the Sydney auctions today – a great result.

Ray White Rural Southern Highlands are doing some serious negotiating on the property they put to auction today ‘Norong’ good luck with this Tony!

Angus Macleod of Ray White Rural Wagga Wagga sold ‘Tralee’ near Tumbarumba under the hammer, the 503.46 acre property went for $800,000 so a big congrats to Angus.

Good luck to Bruce Gunning in getting a winning result with the property that was passed in today – ‘Rexmar’ was passed in at $2,850,000 and good negotiations are underway!

Finally, Manning Valley had a great day with the successful sale two units ’The Crest’ – one which sold prior to auction and one under the hammer at $485,000. All the best for a good result on the sale of the other two units of the same name.
